- By slowly aging the compressed and transported cotton for 30 to 50 days in a room where the temperature and humidity are controlled, it is possible to restore the original plump cotton fibers.
- Knitted with a hanging knitting machine in Wakayama Japan.
- Although this fabric is inefficient to produce and cannot be made in large quantities, the result is a material with a soft, supple texture that is thicker and more resistant to stretching than standard jersey knit.
