Returns & Exchanges
Blue in Green Soho accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including a copy of your invoice and the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our Soho storefront; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
